You can book a tour by calling the hotline directly, contacting via email, leaving a message in the registration form, or coming to our office. After choosing a suitable tour, you need to fill in the booking information and pay a deposit to confirm the booking.
For domestic tours: Valid ID card/Citizen ID or Passport. For international tours: Passport valid for at least 6 months and visa (if required). Children need a birth certificate or passport.
The cancellation policy depends on the type of tour and the time of cancellation. Domestic tours: cancellation 15 days before, 90% refund; 10-14 days before, 70% refund. International tours: cancellation 30 days before, 80% refund; 20-29 days before, 60% refund. Please see details on the Policies and Terms page.
The tour price usually includes: airfare/bus, hotel, meals according to the program, sightseeing tickets, tour guide, travel insurance. Specific details are in each tour program.
The tour itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, security situations, and other objective factors. Any changes will be notified to you in advance. In case customers want to change their personal itinerary, please contact us for advice.
