We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website without prior notice.
2. Tour Booking Policy
2.1. Booking and Payment
- Please book at least 7 days in advance for domestic tours and 15 days for international tours.
- Minimum deposit of 30% of tour value required upon booking confirmation.
- Full payment must be made at least 3 days before departure (domestic tours) and 7 days (international tours).
- We accept bank transfer, cash, or credit card payment at our office.
2.2. Booking Confirmation
- We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request.
- Booking is considered complete upon receipt of deposit payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email and travel voucher.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Domestic Tours
- Cancel 15+ days before: 90% refund
- Cancel 10-14 days before: 70% refund
- Cancel 5-9 days before: 50% refund
- Cancel 2-4 days before: 30% refund
- Cancel within 1 day or no-show: No refund
3.2. International Tours
- Cancel 30+ days before: 80% refund
- Cancel 20-29 days before: 60% refund
- Cancel 10-19 days before: 40% refund
- Cancel 5-9 days before: 20% refund
- Cancel within 4 days: No refund
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Prepare valid identification documents (ID card/Passport).
- Ensure good health and no infectious diseases.
- Follow the tour schedule and group rules.
- Keep personal belongings safe during the trip.
- Arrive on time at meeting points.
- Respect local culture, customs and other members.
5. Khang Loi Travel Responsibilities
- Provide complete information about tour programs.
- Ensure service quality as committed.
- Arrange experienced and professional tour guides.
- Purchase travel insurance for customers.
- Support customers throughout the trip.
- Handle complaints quickly and fairly.
